Project Overview

A property inspection company with field agents needed a mobile app to replace a paper-based validation process. The existing workflow was slow, prone to error, and didn’t sync well with their main CRM.

The Challenge

We designed and developed a custom Flutter mobile app that:

• Allowed agents to log validations on-site, even offline
• Synced data automatically when internet was available
• Embedded camera and signature capture directly into the form
• Pushed data directly to the CRM using a secured REST API
